How long will it take to receive my custom photo prints?
Standard production takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
What is your return policy for personalized home decor?
Because our products are custom-made with your personal photos, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
How do I know if my photo resolution is high enough for large wall art?
Our online editor includes a built-in quality indicator. If your image resolution is too low for the selected size, you will see a warning icon suggesting a smaller print size to ensure a crisp, clear result.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay for a secure checkout experience.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, orders move into production almost immediately. You can cancel or modify an order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team; after that, we are unable to make changes.
Do you offer international shipping for Fujifilm Printlife products?
Currently, we ship to all residential and business addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations in the future.
