At Fujifilm Printlife, we want you to love your custom home decor, which is why we offer returns on items that arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards. Because each product is custom-printed with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or customer errors.

Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Submit Documentation
Provide clear photos of the damaged product or printing defect to help our quality control team assess the claim.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide a return authorization or approval for a reprint.
Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship a replacement product to your home at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
